Data deletion instructions

Mushy is a social media service that helps people publish posts, understand their results and answer comments. You can remove Mushy’s access to your network account and ask us to delete the data we hold about you, whether or not you have a Mushy account.

Choose your network below. Removing access stops the connection; email us to ask for data already held by Mushy to be deleted. If you only commented on someone’s post and never connected Mushy, go straight to step 2.

Mushy may also hold your public posts or videos and statistics if a customer tracks your account as a competitor, even if you have never used Mushy. To ask for their removal, email [email protected] with the network and your handle or channel URL, and say which data you want deleted. The privacy requests page explains how we verify requests from people who don’t use Mushy.

Instagram

If your Instagram account is connected to Mushy, Mushy holds your account’s posts, metrics and comments. If you commented on a customer’s post, Mushy may hold your comments and Instagram handle even if you have never used Mushy.

Include your Instagram @handle or profile URL, whether you connected an account or commented on someone’s post, and which data you want deleted.
