Choose your plan and posting tier

Listed totals assume every channel the plan allows is connected. Your bill is the base price plus the tier price for each connected, unpaused channel.

One Free workspace per person. You can belong to other people's workspaces without a limit. Need more than 10 channels? Email [email protected] about Pro with a raised channel limit.

Every plan and posting tier

Connect fewer channels and pay less for posting. For example, Starter on Light with one connected channel costs $3.49 a month. Connecting a channel adds its tier charge at once, with proration. Disconnecting or pausing lowers the quantity from the next billing date, with no mid-period credit. A paused channel neither publishes nor syncs.

Checkout before connecting a channel bills only the base plan; posting charges start at the first connection. You cannot connect more channels than your plan allows.

How allowances work

Each channel has its own allowance

Unused posts on one channel cannot be spent on another. The allowance follows the network account: reconnecting never resets it.

One published post to one channel counts once

Sending a post to three channels uses one from each. Failed and cancelled posts return their allowance. Replies, comments and drafts never count.

A fresh allowance each month

Paid allowances reset on your billing date; unused posts do not carry over. Free uses the calendar month in your workspace's time zone at each post. Changing the time zone never restarts a month. Your first paid period starts at checkout with fresh allowances; Free counts do not carry over.

See what's left before you publish

Posts left per channel appear in the composer, on the Posts screen and to agents through account.plan. At 80% of a channel's allowance, rounded up, Mushy warns the Owner and members with Poster access or above for that channel once per period, in the app and by email.

Running out gives you a choice

Extra posts stay queued as “Waiting for allowance”. Move up a tier at once, with the prorated amount on your next invoice, or move the post to a publishing window after the reset.

One tier across your workspace

You can change tiers any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades start on the next billing date. Unlimited has no Mushy cap; each network's own limits and Mushy's abuse guard still apply.

X usage is separate

X usage is billed on its own invoice line, at X's price plus 20%. The composer shows the cost you will be billed before you schedule. Plan discounts do not apply to X usage.

• An X post: $0.018.
• A post with a link: $0.24.
• A reply: $0.012.

Reads are recorded but are neither billed nor counted toward the cap until X's read price and billing unit are confirmed. Free cannot connect X.

Your monthly X spending cap

Only the Owner sets the cap: $5.00 by default, with a minimum of $1.00. Members with billing access can see it. At 80%, Mushy warns the Owner and members with billing access in the app and by email.

At the cap, reads drop to essential duplicate and reply checks and comment polling at most hourly. Metrics, backfill and competitor reads pause until the next period or a higher cap. Reports note the gap and tracked X competitors show “Paused until your X spending cap resets”.

Posts and replies you explicitly schedule or approve still go out, with their cost shown first. Reads after the cap are not billed; Mushy absorbs them. Your X charges never exceed the cap plus those explicitly scheduled or approved posts and replies.
